'Happy Campers', written and directed by Rosin Rae, for 10k productions, opened on the 7th March at Barons Court Theatre. It will run till Sunday.
(Images to come soon.) This was an incredibly quick project, but was interesting and fun to work with very little budget and time. The final result was simple and honest and served the context of heightened feelings of happiness.
Plans are crystalising to design for the 'Sudden Theatre' - Paris, July 2006.
Exciting communications are taking place to complete a road trip/design project with Icelandic Designer Vyats Nabrulas and Bugarian Puppetier company 'Vi Vat'. The trip will include work in Romania and Bulgaia, culminating in a small tour of Eastern and Central Europe.

I went to an exhibition at the Hayward Gallery the other night... a Dutch guy, Dan Flavin. It was a bit spazzy. Neon light installations and weird animations. Experimenting with paths of light, as you move through the room these light states do strange things to your eyes.

Lucky enough to meet the East 15 graduates who are working with Racki Cunningham, writer and director of 'Happy Campers'; we're going to collaborate on a piece. To open in Barons Court Theatre 7th March 2006.

I've just finished designing a set for a production of Alan Ayckbourn's Bedroom Farce. This was the first time experimenting with real naturalism on stage.
The quick pace and farcical direction of the piece necessitated a design that instantly engaged the audience in three different bedrooms and relationships.
